Scope: This standard specifies the terminology, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of rapid cooling cabinets and quick freezing cabinets that use forced air cooling and are used for rapid cooling and rapid freezing of food. The requirements of this standard apply to commercial and similar quick cooling cabinets and quick freezing cabinets refrigerated by motor-driven compression condensing units. This standard does not apply to continuous rapid cooling and rapid freezing equipment. This standard does not apply to vacuum cooling and vacuum freezing equipment. This standard does not apply to household refrigerators (GB/T 8059) and commercial freezers (SB/T 10794).
