- This part of DL/T 1397 specifies the basic technical requirements and safety requirements for battery capacity discharge testers, as well as inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements. This section applies to discharge testers for on-site inspection and related inspection of battery pack capacity equipped with DC power equipment in substations, converter stations, power plants and other power projects, as well as online test devices (referred to as products) that include this part of the function design, manufacture, inspection and use. This section does not apply to products using inverter discharge methods.
