Scope: This standard specifies the installation, commis ioning and installation of small hydropower units (including water turbines, water turbine generators, referred to as units) and their ancillary equipment (including turbine water inlet valves, turbine control systems, excitation systems, monitoring, protection and DC power supply systems). Test requirements. This standard applies to Francis turbines, axial flow turbines, and impact turbines with a turbine generator unit capacity of 0.5MW to 15MW (excluding 15MW) and a runner diameter less than 3.3m; three-phase salient pole synchronization directly connected to the turbine Hydrogenerator (referred to as hydrogenerator) and its ancillary equipment. Hydropower units and their ancillary equipment with a single unit capacity of less than 0.5MW can refer to the implementation.
