- This standard specifies the temperature, humidity and time for conditioning and testing of all types of conveyor belts, regardless of whether the covering material is rubber or plastic. It also specifies the time interval requirements that should be observed from the preparation of the conveyor belt sample to the test. This standard does not cover special conditions applicable to a particular test or material or simulated specific climatic environments.
