Scope

This standard specifies the content and methods of environmental impact assessment of power transmission and transformation engineering construction projects. This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment of AC power transmission and transformation projects with voltage levels of 110 kV and above, and DC transmission projects with voltage levels of ±100 kV and above.
