- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food and vegetable protein beverages. This standard is applicable to beverages made by adding water or other food ingredients to the processed slurry of green food plant fruits, seeds, and nuts with a certain protein content as raw materials (which can be fermented by lactic acid bacteria); it is also applicable to beverages made by adding water or other food ingredients. A complex protein drink made from milk or dairy products.
