This standard specifies a method for evaluating film resistance by a simple empirical test when a nylon gauze is placed on a film of paint, varnish or related product and pressed with a specified force for a specified time. The test method is - specified drying. When applying after a certain period of time or by dry heating, heat drying and maturation under specified conditions can be performed as a “pass/fail” test to determine whether a print-free state has been reached – or as appropriate until the print-free time has been confirmed. The adhesion test can be repeated at intervals.
