Scope
This standard specifies a method for measuring the content of free α-, β-, γ- and δ-tocopherols and tocotrienols (collectively called tocols) in animal and vegetable oils and fats by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Tocopherol and tocotrienol esters Products containing must be saponified in advance.
