This standard specifies a test method to determine the resistance to temperature and humidity of optical devices and systems containing optical components under the same conditions. The purpose of this test is to determine the optical, thermal, mechanical, chemical and electrical performance of the sample. The goal is to find out to what extent the characteristics are affected by temperature and humidity.
