- This standard specifies the measurement of specific total loss, specific apparent power, magnetic induction, inductive permeability and amplitude magnetic permeability of electrical steel sheets (strips) with wattmeters, voltmeters, ammeters and electric bridges. This standard applies to the AC magnetic performance test of electrical steel sheets (strips) at 400-10000 Hz, with a sinusoidal induced voltage waveform, an ambient temperature of 23±5°C, and a relative humidity of less than 80%.
