Scope

This standard specifies the sampling, sample preparation methods and procedures of iron ore (sinter, pellet) physical test samples, as well as the determination of the physical properties of a delivery batch. This standard is applicable to the sampling and preparation of samples for physical tests of iron ore, sinter, pellets and other substitutes for blast furnaces.
