It specifies the inspection method to determine whether test conditions and requirements are met, the classification of display cases, and the specific information and labeling that must be specified by the manufacturer. This does not apply to refrigerated vending machines, catering or display cases not intended for sale. Additionally, it does not address the choice of types of foodstuffs displayed in the display case.
