KS B ISO 16063-21:2013 Methods for the calibration of vibration and shock transducers-Part 21:Vibration calibration by comparison to a reference transducer
This standard specifies the calibration of linear vibration transducers by the comparative method. This standard primarily describes calibration methods using direct comparison with reference transducers calibrated by the main method, but the methods described are also applicable between different levels of calibration schemes. This standard covers frequencies from 0.4 Hz to 10 kHz. Specifies the procedure for calibrating linear vibration transducers by the comparative method within the scope. This standard focuses on cases where the ISO standard method for vibration is to be met under laboratory conditions where measurement uncertainty is relatively small. This standard can also be applied to field conditions where measurement uncertainty is relatively large. Knowing the key sources of uncertainty affecting the calibration, the expanded uncertainty can be assessed using the methods given in this standard. This standard also addresses the evaluation of uncertainty in calibrations made using check standards. Calibrations by comparative methods established in accordance with this standard need to take into account the environmental conditions of the reference transducer calibration.
