This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order form (or contract) content of carbon/carbon composite insulation cylinders for Czochralski single crystal furnaces. This standard applies to carbon/carbon composite insulation cylinders for Czochralski single crystal furnaces, and also applies to carbon/carbon composite insulation cylinders for other high-temperature vacuum furnaces/protective atmosphere furnaces.
