This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage, quality certificate and order form (or contract) content for anthracite produced by electric calciners. This standard applies to electric calcined anthracite, the raw material for the production of cathode carbon blocks for aluminum.
