Scope: This standard specifies the classification and marking, ordering content, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of carbon steel wires for brake hoses (hereinafter referred to as steel wires). This standard is applicable to carbon steel wire used in the manufacture of brake hoses for automobiles, motorcycles, etc. Other similar uses may also refer to this standard.
