Scope
This standard specifies the ultrasonic longitudinal wave flaw detection method for copper and copper alloy pipes. This standard is applicable to the ultrasonic flaw detection of copper and copper alloy pipes with a wall thickness to outer diameter ratio ≥ 0.2 using the Type A pulse longitudinal wave reflection method.
