Scope
This part of YS/T 981 specifies the use of high mass resolution glow discharge mass spectrometry for the determination of magnesium, aluminum, silicon, sulfur, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, silver, cadmium, tin in high purity indium above 99.999% , thallium, and lead element content methods. This section is applicable to the determination of magnesium, aluminum, silicon, sulfur, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, silver, cadmium, tin, thallium and lead in high-purity indium. The determination range of each element is 5.0×10%~1.0× 10%.
