The guideline describes the necessary processes for the determination of the reliability targets for products and projects. It takes into regard the demand of the organization, of the customer, of the state of the art and the regulations of the authorities. It does this for sub targets and fort he top target. It is a guideline for a possible procedure to determinate, to check, to define and to confirme reliability targets.
