- Scope
- The guideline provides an overview of vibration excitations which can occur in all types of machines which have rotating masses, irrespective of their size, output and speed. Thereby, it describes in detail the typical excitation mechanism and the characteristic vibration patterns. It gives instructions for analysis and interpretation of measured vibration data.
