- Scope
- Basic principles and applications of monochrator crystals for spectral filtering and focussing of X-rays are described in this guideline. A survey over different types of monochromator crystals is given. Composition, mode of opteration as well as the range of applications will be explained. Different geometries of focusing monochromator crystals are specified.
