Scope
The main function of the steam boiler covered by this standard is to recover the waste heat from the gas turbine exhaust. The method of this standard can also be used for the performance testing of the following other waste heat recovery devices: 1) Waste heat recovery devices that only heat water; 2) Waste heat recovery devices with other working fluids other than water; 3) Other than gas turbine exhaust waste heat Waste heat recovery device for hot gas source; 4) Waste heat boiler that can be burned with fresh air. This standard does not cover the following test scope: 1) Coal-fired steam boilers whose main function is not to recover gas turbine exhaust waste heat; 2) Auxiliary equipment, such as pumps and fans performance; 3) Deaerator performance; 4) Equipment noise; 5) Gas Pollutant emissions; 6) Steam purity.
