Scope

This standard specifies the rating method for the microstructure aging of 18Cr-8Ni series austenitic stainless steel boiler tubes used in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the grade assessment of the structural aging of superheater and reheater tubes made of 18Cr-8Ni series austenitic stainless steel after high-temperature service. 18Cr-8Ni series austenitic stainless steel includes Chinese steel brands such as 07Cr19Ni10, 07Cr19Ni11Ti, 07Cr18Ni11Nb, 08Cr18Ni11NbFG and other national steel brands with the same or similar chemical compositions as these steels.
