Scope

This document defines the functional behavior associated with a Local Dynamic Map (LDM) for use in an ITS Station Unit (ITS-SU). It specifies the functions and interfaces supported by an LDM. These functions and interfaces provide secure access to the LDM to manage LDM data objects stored in an LDM. It defines LDM data objects for safety-related and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) applications.
