Scope

This part of HG/T 2879 specifies the method for determining the total manganese content in rubber compound clay using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. This section is applicable to the determination of total manganese content in natural clay that has been chemically treated with neutralizing acidic substances (such as amines) during the production process and has not been surface modified (such as silane treatment) or calcined.
