Scope

This document describes the principles for powering telecommunications equipment (TE) in access networks and contains requirements for power systems, determining: 　——the characteris ics of the input and output interfaces of the units - the emergency power conditions for TEs including a power supply unit; 　——the management data, necessary to guarantee the availability of the service and to ensure the maintenance of the power units.
