This standard specifies the general regulations and requirements that should be followed in the organization and implementation of transient statis ics for important equipment in the primary circuit of a nuclear power plant, and provides the general method and process for transient statis ics. This standard is applicable to the transient statis ics of domestically operating nuclear power plants throughout their lifetime (from the beginning of the cold test to the end of their lifetime).
