Scope

This standard specifies the design and selection principles, usage conditions, overall technical requirements, primary equipment technical requirements, secondary equipment technical requirements, testing, trial operation, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hierarchical controllable shunt reactors. This standard is applicable to hierarchical controllable shunt reactors with voltage levels of 500kV and 750kV. Other voltage levels may be implemented as a reference.
