Scope: This standard specifies terms and definitions related to commercial coal, quality evaluation indicators, quality control indicators and control values, test methods, labels, quality inspection and circulation requirements, as well as technical requirements for quality evaluation and control in trade contracts. This standard applies to commercial coal in all links of production, processing, storage, transportation, sales, import, and use. This standard does not apply to the coal for self-use at the pithead and the coal for power plants with low calorific value coal.
