Scope
This standard specifies the project boundary division, energy consumption statistical scope, basic requirements, measurement and verification methods for energy saving measurement and verification of central air-conditioning system energy-saving renovation projects. This standard is applicable to the measurement and verification of energy-saving energy-saving technical transformation projects of central air-conditioning systems that use electricity as the driving energy.
