- This standard is equivalent to CCITT recommendation X.20. This standard is the standard used when the start/stop data terminal equipment is connected to the network when the public data network is opened in my country. It includes the physical level interface and the signaling process on the subscriber line. The translation of this standard is based on the English version of CCITT recommendation X.20 (1984), and the word "suggestion" in the text should be understood as a standard regulation. The term "international" should be understood as both international and domestic. Appendix H (reference) is an English-Chinese comparison table of terminology.
