- This regulation applies to labor in newly built and expanded large and medium-sized hydropower projects and pumped storage power station projects (referred to as hydropower projects) with a total installed capacity of more than 50MW (including 50MW) or a storage capacity of more than 10 million m (including 10 million m). Safety and industrial hygiene special completion acceptance. Other hydropower projects can also be implemented according to this regulation.
