Scope
This code stipulates the basic principles, methods and technical requirements for anti-icing design of hydraulic structures. This specification is applicable to the anti-freeze design of newly built or renovated or expanded hydraulic structures that are affected by ice, freeze-thaw and frost heave for projects in seasonally frozen soil areas and small projects in permafrost areas. This specification is based on the provis ons of the "Unified Standard for Structural Reliability Design of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering" GB 50199, using the probabilis ic limit state design principle and using partial coefficient design expressions for design.
