- This part stipulates the basic requirements for the preparation and valuation of the bill of quantities for nuclear power plant construction projects, the setting and measurement rules of professional bill of quantities, etc. The requirements of this section should be followed when implementing the specific provis ons of other sections of this standard. This standard applies to the nuclear is ands, conventional is ands and BOP projects directly related to production of second-generation improved commercial pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants constructed in China. Other nuclear power plant construction projects can be used as a reference. This section applies to the bill of quantities valuation activities during the contracting and implementation stages of nuclear power plant construction and installation projects.
