Scope: This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for equipment supervision related to the manufacturing quality of hot-wall hydrogenation reactors and hydrogenation heat exchangers for high-pressure hydrogenation equipment in oil refining. This standard applies to the manufacturing supervision of hot-wall hydrogenation reactors, hydrogenation heat exchangers and hydrogenation equipment for chemical, coal chemical and fertilizer industries in oil refining and hydrogenation high-pressure equipment.
