Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of fruit and vegetable juices and their beverages. This standard applies to liquid beverages made from processed or fermented fruits and (or) vegetables (including edible roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, etc.).
