Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of tensile strength in the Z direction. This standard applies to paper and cardboard, not to corrugated cardboard. This standard does not have a clear limit on the paper weight range, but when the paper weight is lower than 60.0 g/m², the double-sided adhesive may increase the strength of the paper, and the test results are for reference only.
