- Scope
- This standard specifies the dry heat accelerated aging method for paper and paperboard at 105±2°C. This standard applies to general cultural paper and similar paper. This standard does not apply to accelerated aging that is highly correlated with natural aging. Higher temperature (120°C, 150°C) aging methods can be used for accelerated aging of paper with higher purity and electrical insulating paper.
