Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bimetal composite contact automatic cold welding machines (hereinafter referred to as cold welding machines). This standard is applicable to mechanical equipment for producing bimetal composite rivet-type contacts by cold pressure welding process.
