Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage and transportation of lithium titanate and its carbon composite negative electrode materials for lithium ion batteries. This standard applies to lithium titanate and its carbon composite negative electrode materials for lithium ion batteries (hereinafter referred to as lithium titanate negative electrode materials). Lithium titanate for electrochemical capacitors can also be used with reference to this standard.
