Scope
This International Standard defines terms relating to the search for nucleic acid sequences of interest using DNA microarrays for the detection of nucleic acids. This International Standard is applicable to all methods that use microarrays for the detection of nucleic acids. This International Standard specifies parameters and verification methods used in molecular biology analysis including for the search and identification of specific nucleic acid sequences. This International Standard has been developed to provide recommendations and a protocol for: ——the design
