Scope

This document specifies the requirements applying to sulfate-resis ant cements which are not covered by standard NF EN 197-1 for this additional property. It is cited in Annex A (informative) of standard NF EN 197-1. This document defines the types of cement conforming to standards NF EN 197-1, NF EN 15743 or NF EN 14647 and usable for work in waters with high sulfate contents (see NF EN 206-1 and FD P18-011). It prescribes the composition limits, as well as physical and chemical requirements complementary to those of standard NF EN 197-1. It also specifies the notation completing the designation of these crowns.
