- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural type, product classification, basic parameters and model preparation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product marking, packaging, transportation and storage of vacuum continuous dryers. This standard is applicable to various heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, flammable and explosive, and solvent recovery slurries, pastes, and filter cakes to be dried under the condition that the vacuum degree of the drying chamber is not greater than 4×10 Pa and the drying temperature is 20 ℃ ~ 450 ℃. A continuous vacuum dryer (hereinafter referred to as the dryer) that uses steam, hot water or thermal oil as the heating medium for shaped, granular, and flaky materials. If it is beyond the scope of this standard, it can be used as a reference.
