This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of canned pears. This standard applies to canned pear foods made from fresh, refrigerated, quick-frozen pears or canned pears as raw materials, which are pre-processed, canned, added with soup, sealed, sterilized and cooled. This standard does not apply to canned pears.
