- This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of marine float-type liquid level sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of marine liquid level measurement and alarm sensors.
