Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, procedures and evaluation methods for evaluating the reliability work items of intelligent instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) during the development and production process. This standard applies to the reliability design review of instruments at each stage of scheme design, design finalization, and production finalization.
