This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of multi-parameter food on-site rapid detectors. This standard is applicable to the on-site detection of formaldehyde, nitrite, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, sulfite and hydrogen peroxide in food using the principle of photometric absorption method (wavelength range: 360 nm ~ 800 nm) using kits (packages).
