Scope

This part of JB/T 7293 specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and metallographic structure rating for metallographic inspection of internal combustion engine connecting rod bolts. This section applies to the metallographic structure inspection of internal combustion engine connecting rod bolts (hereinafter referred to as connecting rod bolts) made of 40Cr, 35CrMoA, 42CrMo and 15MnB, 15MnVB, 20MnV and other steels after heat treatment.
