- This standard specifies the inspection items, technical requirements, test methods, inspection cycles, sampling regulations, and judgment rules for narrow-gauge vehicle connection plugs (hereinafter referred to as plugs) in use in coal mines. This standard is applicable to the in-use inspection of the connecting pins of mine cars used for inclined shaft transportation in coal mines and the pre-use and in-use inspection of the connecting pins of mine cars used in inclined shafts. This standard does not apply to pins used on mining trucks.
