Scope

This specification is applicable to the design of the engineering process system of the power dispatching communication center of the national power dispatching organization, the power dispatching organization across provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the power dispatching organization at the provincial, autonomous region, and municipality level, and the power dispatching organization at the provincial municipal level. The backup power dispatching organization that should be set up in the power dispatching communication center should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of this specification.
